Consultation call
We talk about your business, who your customers are and what you want the site to actually do. Then I walk you through mockups of each package, so you’re not guessing what "the standard tier" means. You see real designs, side by side, and pick the one that fits.

Day 1–2
Contract and deposit
Pick your package and we make it official. A 50% deposit locks in your week, the rest isn't due until right before launch. The contract spells out the price, what's included, and exactly what you own when it's done.
You’ll also send over your logo, photos, and the words for your pages. Your seven days start the moment I have both.
Not sure what to write? I'll help you get the copy together. A professional photo session is included in the Premium package, on the other packages I'll help you pick strong stock images, or show you how to get good shots on your phone.

Days 2–5
Build
Here's the honest part: the best sites I build are the ones the owner had a hand in. I know design; you know your business, your customers, and what makes you different from the shop down the street. A site built without that is a nice-looking template. A site built with it actually sounds like you.
So this isn't a black box. You'll get a preview link on day 2 and two quick check-ins during the week, ten minutes each. I'll show you what I've built and ask specific questions: is this how you'd describe what you do? Is this the photo that represents you? Should this be the first thing people see?
Short answers are enough. But the more you give me here, the more the finished site feels like yours instead of mine.
One rule that protects your date. If I don't hear back within 24 hours I'll make the call and keep moving, so day 7 holds.

Day 5
Review
You get the preview link and a short video walkthrough so you know exactly what you're looking at. Send your notes back in one list and I'll have the changes done within 24 hours.

Day 6
Launch
Final approval, final invoice, and your site goes live on your domain. I handle the technical side, secure connection, redirects so you don't lose your old traffic, analytics installed, and every form tested again on the live site.

Day 7
Handover
The site is yours, completely. The domain, the hosting, the admin login and the files all go in your name. You also get a short training video and a one-page guide showing you how to update your own text, photos and hours, so you’re never waiting on me for a small change.
Plus 30 days of revisions after launch, in case anything comes up.
